1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between the driving instructor ("Instructor") and the student ("Student") for the provision of driving lessons. By booking and attending lessons, the Student agrees to be bound by the terms set out below.

2. Instructor Obligations

The Instructor is DVSA-approved and will provide driving tuition in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

The Instructor will ensure that the tuition vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and fully insured for driving instruction purposes.

3. Student Obligations

The Student must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it on the first lesson.

The Student must be physically and mentally fit to drive, and must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during lessons.

Any medical condition that may affect driving ability must be disclosed to the Instructor.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Lessons must be booked in advance and confirmed via the scheduling system or directly with the Instructor.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the full lesson fee being charged.

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, vehicle issues, or unsafe weather conditions.

Intensive Courses require a minimum of 1 week's notice for cancellation. If less than 7 days’ notice is given, you risk losing your deposit.

5. Payments

Lesson fees must be paid in advance or at the time of the lesson via cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

Block bookings may be available at a discounted rate. These must be used within 6 months of purchase and are non-refundable once lessons commence.

6. Driving Tests

The Instructor will advise when the Student is test-ready, but cannot guarantee a pass.

Use of the tuition vehicle for the driving test is subject to Instructor approval and availability.

A separate fee may be charged for use of the vehicle during the driving test.

7. Liability

The Instructor is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with driving lessons or test attempts, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Code of Conduct

Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour by the Student may result in immediate termination of lessons without refund.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the course of instruction will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments

The Instructor reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By attending driving lessons, the Student confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
